– lat pull downs: 60 kg x 4
– one arm lat pull downs: 40 lbs x 10
– bent over rows: 135 x 10 (using 25 lb barbell)
– t-bar rows: 90 lbs x 10
Biceps
– concentration curls: 16 kg x 4
– alternate bicep curls: 18 kg x 10
– ez-bar curls: 40 lbs x 6
Chest
– barbell bench press: 135 x 10, 140 x 8, 155 x 4
– machine bench press: 135 x 5, 180 x 5
– incline db bench press: 20 kg x 12, 22 kg x 8, 24 kg x 5
Triceps
– behind head db triceps extension: 12 x 8, 14 x 3
– behind head triceps extension machine cable: 25 kg x 8, 27.5 kg x 3
– triceps extensions: 22.5 kg x 10
